How do I book?
Browse our rentals, pick an available date on the calendar, choose pickup or delivery, accept the liability waiver, and pay securely online. You'll get an email confirmation right away.
Where do I pick up, and do you deliver?
Pickup is in Pleasant Grove, Utah. We also deliver to nearby cities — just choose delivery at checkout and tell us your city. Delivery fees vary by location.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes. For every rental, the renter must show a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the booking when the equipment is picked up or delivered.
What if I need to cancel or change my date?
Text us as early as possible at (801) 618-9588 and we'll do our best to accommodate a reschedule.
Are the inflatables clean and safe?
Every unit is cleaned and sanitized after each rental and anchored securely on setup. You'll receive simple safety rules to follow during your event.
What about weather?
Inflatables should not be used in high winds (about 15–20 mph or more), rain, or lightning. If severe weather is forecast, reach out and we'll work with you.
